Without using the words in your job title, describe what you do at Ideas United?
At Ideas United I learn everything there is to know about a potential partner, including their current challenges. From there, I find ways iU can work with them to build their presence, tell their stories through our work, and connect them to the audiences they love.
How did you wind up here?
Perfect timing and manifesting what I wanted! After spending a year with a more corporate agency, I was yearning to get back into a creative agency. After a few months of searching, Ideas United found me and, well, the rest is history.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
While it’s my job to pitch iU’s services, I’m simultaneously staying on top of marketing trends and what major brands are doing to engage with their audiences. For us, it helps to know where we’re going as an industry and what focus area we need to hone in on to engage potential partners and consumers. I love it. My everyday role provides me with the facts and skills to set iU up for present and future success, keeping me ahead of the game.
What’s your favorite iU related memory or story?
Participating in creating our holiday video. It really shows a full breadth of what you get when working with iU: passion, excitement, teamwork, and, of course, superheroes making it all happen.
What is the most fulfilling part of your role here?
When we win new partners and I get to ring the bell!
What are your hopes and dreams for the future of the industry we work in (content creation/ TV & Film production)?
In the future, I’d love to see a variety of faces and genders, in front of the camera and behind the scenes, winning awards and making an impact through their stories.
What are you passionate about?
I’ve always had a passion for marketing, specifically creative marketing and experiences. I love the process, ideas that flow, and seeing how all of these awesome people with amazing ideas bring campaigns and immersive experiences to life for some of society’s most beloved brands.
Who, or what, inspires you?
Generally, anyone living life to the beat of their own drums and striving for greatness… I see you! It invigorates me seeing other creatives passionate about what they do and ignites my fire.
What’s one thing that no one in the iU family knows about you?
I played golf since I was about 10 and throughout high school. I absolutely hated it growing up (bugs, sand, heat — ha!), but I fit right in around here. I’m ready to tee up on behalf of the iU squad.
